Sales Reports and Graphs

 

Once you’ve published your first NOOK Book, you’ll want to check how your sales are doing! To access all your sales information, click the Sales tab at the top of the page. From here you can see a visual graph on your sales, track number of sales per month, see your most recent sales and view your payments. Here’s a breakdown of your main Sales page:

 

·    This Month box displays your NOOK Books sold and royalty earned from the first of the current month to the end of the previous day. These numbers are updated daily. Clicking here will take you to this month’s detailedMonthly Sales.
·    The Last Month box displays your NOOK Books sold and royalty earned from the previous month. Clicking here will take you last month’s detailedMonthly Sales.
·    Clicking the Monthly Sales Reports button launches the Monthly Salespage where you can view sales information for any month. These reports update each night around midnight.
·    Your Sales Graph shows you the number of NOOK Books sold or your net royalty over a six-month or one-year period. You can customise the graph by selecting different months and years from the drop-down menus. Clicking on a bar from the graph will bring you directly to that month’s sales report
·    Recent Sales displays your NOOK Books sold and royalty earned from the past two days. Recent Sales is typically accurate to within three hours, meaning that a sale should show up within three hours of when the customer makes the purchase. Recent Sales does not reflect customer returns.
·    Clicking the Recent Sales Reports button launches the Sales from Today and Yesterday report where you can view sales information for the current and previous day. This report is typically accurate to within three hours, meaning that a sale through the NOOK Bookstore should show up within three hours of when the customer makes the purchase. This report does not reflect customer returns
·    Recent Payments displays the Payment ID, issue date and royalty amount for recent payments. Clicking on a payment will bring you to your Payment Report.
