Can a collaborator see my entire account?

No. Collaborators can only read and comment on the Manuscript for which they have received an invitation, but they cannot edit it. They can also preview the NOOK Book and view the cover image that you have added. Please note that all the collaborators on your Project can see all comments by you and any other collaborators.
